what, in its view, formed the basis for the bankruptcy:
MOXY OID Composites Europe B.V. is dependent on investments from its
shareholder for its income. MOXY OID Composites Europe B.V. has been facing
financial difficulties for some time, as a result of the cessation of funding by its
shareholder, 3C Technologies Inc., since July 2025. Despite several
discussions, it became clear to the management of MOXY OID Composites
Europe B.V. on 31 October 2025 that 3C Technologies Inc. would no longer
make any funds available. This situation means that MOXY OID Composites
Europe B.V. no longer receives income and is therefore unable to meet its
obligations. Consequently, the management was compelled to file for the
bankruptcy of MOXY OID Composites Europe B.V.

De curator heeft de mogelijkheden van een doorstart onderzocht. In dat kader
heeft het bestuur van gefailleerde een lijst gemaakt van mogelijk
geïnteresseerde ondernemingen. Deze ondernemingen zijn door de curator
aangeschreven. Voorts heeft de curator een biedingsprotocol en
geheimhoudingsovereenkomst opgesteld en deze aan de ondernemingen die
hun interesse in een mogelijke doorstart hebben kenbaar gemaakt
toegezonden.
Enkele gegadigden hebben (op verzoek) een bezichtiging gekregen op locatie
en hebben nadien hun indicatieve bieding uitgebracht. Inmiddels is de
biedingstermijn voor het doen van een indicatieve bieding verlopen en is de
curator in gesprek met de kandidaat die de meest gerede bieding heeft
uitgebracht. De curator is in gesprek met deze partij om te bezien of er
overeenstemming kan worden bereikt.

Furthermore, the trustee drew up a bidding protocol and NDA and sent it to the

Several candidates were given a site visit (on request) and subsequently
submitted their indicative bids. The deadline for submitting indicative bids has
now expired, and the trustee is in discussions with the candidate who
submitted the most viable offer. The trustee is negotiating with this party to
determine whether an agreement can be reached.
